Simple push button activation for attendee to request assistance. Button panel has Braille text.  Activation sends signal to FESCO staff in command post. FESCO to notify appropriate staff and post on incident report. FESCO staff is also notified via text and email upon activation. 

Mobile Blue Phones are stand alone units with on board power, ethernet and cellular communications with a redundant, independent radio frequency backup.

Camera provides 24/7 video recording at Blue Phone unit, motion triggered, records in 10 second clips, continually to visually memorialize incident.
